vj2 Terms & Conditions

1 Eligibility and Registration

To register and use the vj2 platform, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration.
• You must be physically located in the Philippines when accessing the platform.
• You must not be listed on any self-exclusion register or otherwise prohibited from participating in online gaming.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date registration information, including your full legal name, date of birth, and contact details.
• You must not have had a previous vj2 account suspended or terminated for breach of these terms.

vj2 reserves the right to request supporting documents at any time to verify your identity and eligibility. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals until verification is completed.

2 Account Security and Responsibility

You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your vj2 account. This includes all bets placed, games played, deposits made, and withdrawals requested, regardless of whether the activity was carried out by you personally.

To protect your account:

• Use a strong, unique password that you do not use on any other platform.
• Never share your login credentials, OTP codes, or account recovery information with any third party.
• Log out of your account when using shared or public devices.
• Contact vj2 support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

vj2 implements SSL encryption and OTP verification on all accounts. However, no security system is infallible. Any losses arising from your failure to maintain account security are your responsibility. vj2 will not be liable for losses resulting from credential sharing or access granted to third parties by the account holder.

3 Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payments

All financial transactions on the vj2 platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱ PHP). The following conditions apply:

• Deposits are made through supported Philippine payment channels including bank transfer, online banking, and available local e-wallets.
• All deposits must be made from a payment account held in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted.
• Cryptocurrency and credit cards are not accepted as deposit or withdrawal methods on vj2.
• Withdrawal requests require a fully verified account. KYC identity verification must be completed before your first withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawal processing times vary by account VIP tier. VIP members at Silver level and above receive priority handling.
• Withdrawals will only be issued to payment accounts matching your verified name on file with vj2.

vj2 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal. Requests that cannot be verified or that appear to involve suspicious activity may be delayed or declined pending investigation. For full withdrawal details, see the Withdrawal page.

4 Gameplay and Betting Rules

All games and betting markets available on vj2 operate under specific rules. By placing a bet or participating in any game, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable rules for that game or market.

General gameplay terms:

• All bet settlements are final once confirmed by the platform. Disputes must be raised within 14 days of the relevant game or event.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game session, any affected rounds may be voided at vj2's discretion. No compensatory credits will be issued for voided rounds unless vj2 determines otherwise.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply and are displayed within each game or market before play begins.
• Live casino games and sports betting markets have separate rule sets accessible within those sections of the platform.

For sports betting, results are determined by official published outcomes from recognized governing bodies for each sport. In the event of event postponement, cancellation, or other disruption, vj2's published betting rules for that market will govern settlement.

5 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, investigation, and potential permanent closure with forfeiture of balances:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any unauthorized tools to interact with the platform.
• Attempting to exploit technical errors, glitches, or bugs in games or the platform for financial gain.
• Collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes.
• Providing false identity information during registration or verification.
• Using the platform for any money laundering or other illegal financial activity.
• Accessing the platform from a restricted jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited by local law.
• Attempting to reverse or charge back deposits after using those funds for gameplay.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

From time to time, vj2 may offer bonuses, promotions, cashback rewards, or other incentive programs to eligible players. The following general terms apply to all offers:

• Each promotion has its own specific terms, including eligibility conditions, wagering requirements, valid game categories, and time limits, which will be communicated at the time the offer is presented.
• Bonus funds must be used in accordance with the specific offer terms. Bonus balances that do not meet applicable conditions cannot be withdrawn.
• vj2 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice.
• Attempting to abuse bonus programs — including creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer more than once — is a violation of these terms.

7 Responsible Gaming
